The mission of Global School Partnerships is: 1) that students and teachers will have an opportunity to collaborate and reciprocally learn from one another and collaborate on shared tasks across nations, 2) to enable authentic language learning opportunities in speaking and listening through native language partners, and 3) to build a foundation for future cultural and language exchange experiences and opportunities in a supported framework. Drawn from the notion that developed OECD nations have been competing for top ranks on international rankings (PISA, TIMSS) in math, science, reading, and writing. Then, we participate in a global economy and marketplace with these unidentified neighbors. It is our belief that students can learn at a very young age that they do not need to compete with their neighbors so much as collaborate with them to solve some of the world's toughest ethical, physical, and societal problems. We can reciprocally share knowledge, expertise, insight, good ideas, struggles, experiences, and so much more. |
We believe that:
We have compiled an extensive collection of schools who are interested in collaborating with other schools around the world. Our platform will enable schools to make safe and reliable connections in order to integrate the cultural exchange within the curriculum and orchestrate collaborative learning experiences cross-nationally.
We are currently working with schools in the following countries.
